Fourth, an ethical framework is necessary to mitigate potentially harmful effects of AI use. Similarly, policies need to collaboratively create with industry to protect the security and privacy of data. The federal US government can help establish a strong and sustainable US semiconductor industry by addressing the policy regulations.
