SUMMARY

This report offers insights into remote working which gaining traction due to the coronavirus pandemic. The study reveals that the large majority of remote workers want to carry on working remotely for the rest of their careers or have the option to combine homework with office-based work.

According to the research findings, around seventy percent of remote workers said that they were satisfied with the amount of time that they work remotely at present while almost 20 percent indicated that they would rather work remotely more frequently.

However, remote work does not without challenges. The main difficulties highlighted by respondents were issues with collaboration and communication, and with loneliness. While the key benefit of remote work is flexibility according to professionals surveyed for this paper.
